Biology:
Macrohabitat: Lowlands, 290 meters altitude, in the Mojave Desert on the
margin of Soda Lake. Microhabitat: Adults are ground-dwelling on alkaline substrate. Dispersal
abilities: Macropterous, probably capable of flight; slow runners, strong burrowers.
Seasonal occurrence: Adults have been found in April. Behavior: Adults overwinter in
the substrate.
