Biology:
Macrohabitat: Lowlands, 190 – 350 meters altitude, on river margins. Microhabitat:
Adults are ground-dwelling on sandy silt. Dispersal abilities: Macropterous, probably
capable of flight; slow runners, strong burrowers. Seasonal occurrence: Adults have
been found in February, July, and October – November. Behavior: Adults aestivate during
the dry season in the substrate.
