Biology:
Macrohabitat: Midlands, 1219 – 1494 meters altitude, on river banks and
in marshes. Microhabitat Adults are ground-dwelling on exposed wet, sandy-muddy, bare
substrate. Dispersal abilities: Macropterous, capable of flight; slow runners, strong burrowers.
Seasonal occurrence: Adults have been found in June – August. Behavior: Adults are
nocturnal, predaceous, and take cover during the day in burrows they dig into the substrate.
They are attracted to white lights. Adults overwinter in the substrate.
